Beautiful and functional

The refrigerator is not only spacious and well thought out it’s beautiful inside. It is quiet. I use a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. I love the middle drawer that gives me plenty of overflow space.

Love the features! So far, a great refrigerator

I knew our old fridge was bad, but I didn't realize just how horrible it actually was until we replaced it with the new GE. I knew I'd be happy if it just kept things cold and frozen, but so far it has exceeded all expectations. The entire family really like the water dispenser being inside the refrigerator on the removeable pitcher. My daughter loves she can just fill her water bottle with the pitcher. And the ice......wow. We are down South, so my husband is an ice fiend. Finally, we are not running out of ice due to his addiction to it. Capacity is the same as my old one, but this is so much better with the convertible drawer. I am still using it as an deli/cheese drawer and it is keeping everything at perfect temps. So much better than the plastic deli drawers you usually see. If I require it to become a temporary freezer during the holidays....voila! The back wall lighting is also much nicer than anticipated. That was done quite nicely. Not really sure about the shelving though. Still playing with the configuration, but it is fairly easy to move the shelves around. You do need to be quick though! Doors open too long and it starts beeping at you. The stainless is easy to swipe to remove any errant fingerprint, but it really does seem to ward off most of them. So, think it's a pretty good design and I'm happy with it so far.

GE Refrigerator (Model: PGE29BYTBFS)

This refrigerator has been absolutely amazing! We especially love the large ice maker and the 37-degree center cooler—both have been incredibly convenient. The built-in water jug inside the fridge has been a huge hit with our kids, who use it every morning to fill their water thermoses for school. The bright interior lighting really makes everything easy to see and gives the fridge a clean, high-end look. With 27 cu. ft. of space, there’s plenty of room for everything. Being able to store full-size gallon milk jugs in the side doors is a big plus. GE really nailed it with this model—functionality, space, and thoughtful features all in one sleek design. Highly recommend!

A MUST BUY IF LOOKING FOR A LASTING REFRIGERATOR

We recently replaced a beautiful, modern refrigerator with a two-door design, freezer drawer, and a built-in water and ice dispenser. While it looked great, we had non-stop problems especially with the ice maker freezing up, which seems to be a common issue in many newer models. We chose the GE Profile refrigerator for a few specific reasons: • The ice maker is in the bottom freezer, which makes a huge difference. It allows us to scoop ice easily and have a ready supply for filling an ice chest no more jams or freezing issues in the door. • The water dispenser is a container inside the door, not an external unit. This means no more standing at the fridge with a pot or pitcher. It's much simpler and more reliable. It makes lifting it out, filling pitchers or pots so much easier. • • The lighting inside the refrigerator is excellent. Everything is easy to see, which makes organizing and finding items so much easier.

Noisy

Apparently GE is so proud of this refrigerator that it makes enough noise to wake the dead so that they can tell dead about the refrigerator... And the Adjuster on the door don't always work . I do like the looks of it but wish it came in a stainless steel black. I do like the Third drawer . And I do like the capacity .

Great purchase

Refrigerator is very spacious~ love that one of the shelves as the ability to retract for taller objects. We love the middle drawer with options for use. There is a cooling control that we also love. Another added feature is that the water refills automatically. Bottom Freezer has lots of space, we are extremely happy with this purchase and the energy saving opportunities.
